GreenMango Scholarship Announcement:

 

West Nile Rural Development Agency (WENIRUDA) is a Non Governmental Organization based in West Nile. We wish to Congratulate S.4 and S.6 candidates who sat for the Uganda Certificate of Education (U.C.E) and Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (U.A.C.E) in 2009 upon successful completion.

 

WENIRUDA is committed in its efforts to promoting academic excellence in West Nile region and determined to transform West Nile into First World Economy by building the mental force to champion the transformation process.

 

WENIRUDA announces the Third Green Mango Scholarships to benefit S.4 and S.6 students who took the 2009 U.C.E and U.A.C.E exams. The overall goal of the Scholarship is to broaden access to quality education and promote academic excellence in West Nile region. Because the Green Mango Scholarship honours academic achievement, it will be awarded primarily based on academic merit.

 

Conditions of Application
1. The Scholarship only applies to Students from West Nile region who completed their Ordinary or Advanced level in any one of the schools in the region in the year 2009.
2. Application forms must be submitted together with ALL the relevant documents as required by the application Guideline
3. Falsification of documents or any form of impersonation including influence peddling will lead to automatic disqualification and prosecution in the Anti Corruption Courts of Law.

 

The Scholarship forms are still available and can be picked and returned by Friday 16th April, 2010 at 5:00pm to WENIRUDA Office Room 3 Ground Floor Catholic Centre Cafeteria Building.

 

Only those who pass the written interview will be short listed and called for oral interviews.
